Steps forward, bowing to her, “Thank you Nightmare Moon, now then,” looks back over the crowds, would be nervous if it was Arcel Prime, it actually being a perfect illusion, his voice being magicaly amplified, ”Moon Villiage will be unlike any other in all of Equestria! For more then just its location within the Everfree Forest,” a clone cues Duskrage to carry the jeweled ornament into the sky where a super high perminant cloud fixture has been made.

“You see, one thing that will be differnt for here, is the fact that it shall be under the viel!” stomps, the spell kicking in, suddenly looks like to all present that the sun is rappidly setting, and a night sky full of stars appearing, all in the middle of the afternoon, far to early, “Of everlasting Night!” said in a joyus way, he then waits a moment for ponies to react before finishing before a full scale panic can break out.

“Don’t worry though, this is mearly a powerful viel spell, when you leave the boarders of the town, you will be treated to the normal cycle once again!” he said in his amplified voice, grinning. “Now then, Nightmare, would you like to get the proper festivities under way?”

Nightmare Moon smiles and looks up at the newly-formed veil.

“Yes! Let the festivities commence! Food and beverages for everypony!”

Nightmare Moon steps out on a platform, overlooking the hundreds of ponies that ‘volunteered’ to attend (as well as the few that actually attended of their own free will).

“Welcome, everypony, to the Grand Opening of Our new village! The start of what will one day be known as Moon City! And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for, Mythic Swirl!”
