Meet her on fully neutral grounds, in a magic negation field you both submit to, and without guards in the actual meeting location, though outside it would be okay, and with a mediator present, there happens to be a new one in Ponyville that might do the trick actually. That way, she won't have to worry about you and will be a bit more relaxed, and you won't have to worry about her pulling any tricks, that and if either of you start to get, overheated, the mediator will break things up. The idea will allow both you and her to have a clam, non-threatening on either side, conversation in a relaxed enviroment. *nods*
