*The guards lead Sabu deeper into the castle, to the throne room. Nightmare Moon is there, giving orders to various messangers. She looks at him as he enters.*

*The guards look nervous at Sabu’s comments, and glance at each other.*

He awakens from his slumber, shocked to find that neither he, Twilight’s mother or Twilight herself had been disturbed from their sleep. He slowly rises to a standing position, as he does so he stretches his limbs hearing an audible few cracks from the discomfort of sleeping on the floor of the foyer. He looks over to Twilight and hears her crying in her sleep. He nuzzles her a few times and speaks a few kind words before advancing to a different room, leaving the mother and daughter to sleep, listening for any voices as he looked for Nightmare. He called out indiscriminately trying to garner any attention he could get, tone of voice sounding a but anxious “Hello? Is anypony here? Any guards? Guards? Nightmare? Nightmare Moon? Where are you? My name is Saburou and you and I have a lot to talk about.”
*A pair of guards on patrol notice him.*
Guard 1: Halt! In the name of the Queen, stay where you are!
