Al was just asking Us about mysteriously appearing doors. There are many phenomena that can cause that, but whatever the cause it is not safe to pass through them, and steps should be taken to prevent anything from coming through.
The test showed 3 fillies, but the accuracy this early in the pregnancy is only about 80%, so there is a chance that might be wrong.
