Not without either the Elements of Harmony or expending far more energy than he’s worth.
*Nightmare Moon’s barrier remains constant throughout, effectively cutting the Everfree forest off from the rest of the universe. Underneath the shield her workers have nearly brought the Titan online. Its weapons and shields are fully operational, but it is immobile (and several sections of armour are missing).
As the CCU approaches the edge of the field, the Titan begins the combat warm-up processes. Without the normal religious ceremonies required by Imperial tech-priests, the Titan is brought to combat readiness in record time. Though immobile, it will be a powerful artillery platform should the CCU find a way to breach the field.*

No. We were going to have one, but the alien invasion and resulting blockade of the Everfree has put a damper on that.
Yes. Recent events have opened up numerous available positions. Interested ponies can submit their resume at any time.

Also, please, please by the parents of the goddesses tell me this is not true: http://ask-snails-the-swag-master.tumblr.com/post/10393932579/bestof71-quot-my-night-will-last-forever-quot
*cried when he saw this*
*Nightmare Moon hugs him.* No, it is not true. Even if We had been with foal before Our banishment (which We were not), We were trapped in stasis inside the moon, rather than on it’s surface (and hence would still be with foal when We were freed).
