Well the annexation is already under way, but the problem comes from holding high priority targets, such as Artencon, he may not seem dangerous, but he is a wild card that could change the tables against us, which is not preferable. Capturing them I can do with enough force, I just have been unable to hold them. *nods* Also, you should know, the prototype Sun Replacement Packs you were working on explode in a huge magical burst if damaged enough, found that out they hard way.
The packs weren’t really designed for combat use, but We suppose they could do with some more shielding.
As for Artencon, We cannot divert Our forces from their current engagement with the enemy, but We could give the orders to design and construct a holding cell to contain him. Perhaps a shell of nightmarium, with duplicates of the Titan’s void shield projectors backing it up.
I like opera, well, maybe not LIKE it, but I enjoy it a great deal. Sadly, I am very bad at being… opera-worthy in terms of my appearance. (White gloves? Fuck that, I’ll wear a nice shirt and pants, but I’m not wearing gloves.)

Funny story, but I was once told by a good friend of mine (who has since left the States for Germany) that I would make for a good opera singer. Don’t know where he got that impression, I might as well be tone-deaf.

Yes, Wagner is quite good. My friend told me that Wagnerian opera would be a perfect fit for me.
Although I’ll be honest, almost no Germans IN Germany have ever seen a Wagner opera. Quite odd. Probably not helped that the family was German-Cuban.

There are a few things.
For one, the annexation of Ponyville using a combination of Business and Royal law to make it legal, I have already taken this step and my blanks are working on it now. Legally, this is a combination of a town merger between Moon City and Ponyville(attempted merger at least), and a study group, putting the town under a new form of experimental government, currently under my control but I can hand it over to you if you wish, as a social experiment, its only temporary though due to the law, sadly, its an expiriment that can last no longer then 6 months unless results are proven fruitful, however, it also buys you time to prepare further in secret, using the cover of private research to keep the Royal guard from poking there head in to much.
Next, I would imprison key people that could act as rogue elements, at least 1 of the Elements of Harmony held at an undisclosed location, and a few others I have a list of, 1 of which broke your holding cell when I attempted. *he goes on to list a few extraordinary individuals around Ponyville that should be converted or imprisoned*
