Nightly smiled a bit, “We wanted to see you so badly, we wanted to come early and spend more time with you dear, why didn’t you tell us you lived in a castle?”
The illusionist son responded, “Oh well… I was going to… before you came here, I planned on meeting you in Ponyville… and also explaining the illusion over the area… its really morning mom and dad… its just… there is an illusion of perpetual night over this area… crafted by me for… for my Fillyfriend…” he choose his words carefully.
“Oh, your fillyfriend?” the mother asked, looking up and around, something about this place seemed familiar, her eyes widened as a though occured, “… t-that looks like… the style is reminicent of the supposed original castle of Nightmare Moon…”
Arcel sighed softly, “…. it IS the castle… rebuilt… there… there is somepony you both should meet…” He looks up towards the doors, “… just don’t be… don’t be to shocked please…”
Nightmare Moon takes this to be her cue. She opens the door, then walks down the steps into the grand hall.
“Greetings, Swirl family, and welcome to Our castle. Please, enjoy Our hospitality.”

Could you clarify this bit here? Does control center mean it's a systems control point or a security station? And over here, the backup generators for the perimeter guns, to what voltage are they rated?
The control centre’s are systems control points. The ponies on call there give the guns authorisation to fire.
The backup generators are rated to 450 volts.

A good Evil Queen keeps four complete sets of plans.
The first set is a complete fabrication, and is written to make her government look like something Buddha, Jesus, and Gandhi would be proud members of. This set is shown to anyone who asks.
The second set is partially accurate, but heavily and blatantly censored. This set is shown to those who aren’t fooled by the first set.
The third set is the second set, but with the censored bits filled in with untruths. This set is shown to those who aren’t satisfied with the second set.
The fourth set is completely accurate. This set is shown only to those that need to know (and really, only the Evil Queen really needs to know).
Buying what? Data on Our complete defensive measure are available to anypony that shows an interest. The citizens of the Lunar Empire must be given evidence that Our measures to keep them safe and sound are both complete and do not threaten their safety in any way.
