Here’s a little secret. As any aspiring neighcromancer should know, ponies have a five-part soul, and neighcromany works by separating these parts and using the trauma of separation to manipulate them individually. But alicorns (and other gods and, as what should rightfully be part of an alicorn, ME) have a six-part soul. A mere mortal pony with a mere five-part soul could never even comprehend a divine soul, much less succeed in any attempt to break it.
So while you can bind Us, and even humiliate Us with this stupid glow, you cannot tamper with Our being.
