We had thought only the Elements of Harmony, or a being such as Galaxiour, could do such a thing, but apparently Arcel has found another way.
We will slowly regain Our power… We are still Nightmare Moon, nothing can change that without destroying Us. But unless We are able to take back from Arcel what he took, it will take Us decades of careful work to regain it…
