I know you want it range wise to cover the castle, town, and gardens… but not how far up you want it to go, becuase if its up a certian height… well then we are going to probably need Duskrage’s help to get the last crsytal into place on a perminant cloud fixture.
Putting the shroud above cloud level would probably be the best bet. We will instruct Duskrage to follow your instructions on what needs to be done.

*smiles a bit to Nightmare*… I don’t know if Trixie would be willing to be of… assistance to you normaly Nightmare… but we are about to score some points with her to maybe become an ally… I have been asked to help provide her with security during her next preformance, apparently she was attacked at her last one.
Beyond that… how go plans for the construction and festival?
Construction is running ahead of scedule. It should be completed within the next few days.
As for the festival, We have hired Trixie to provide fireworks and special effects and Relena Dark to preform music. Also, We have contracted the Gildabolts to preform aerial acrobatics.

Sorry about leaving so suddenly Nightmare… now then… about your festival… what if….. instead of baptising your town in blood…. we take a differnt approach… *had clones working on something*… what if I told you I had found a spell… a powerful one… that would make your town, castle, and royal gardens… under a perminant… well… guise of night?
That would be a good substitute for gladiatorial combat. Yes… We can see it all now…
We’ll move the celebration to mid-afternoon, to get the maximum effect, and inform the weather teams that We want a perfectly clear sky.
