No. Her work involved no neighcromancy, only medical magic and mind magic. She was responsible for repairing the deceased nervous systems and integrating them with the control modules.

She was never to know! We told her it would have ponytarian purposes! And it would, too, once the war was over.
And not only that, Arcelia has gained valuable experience working for Us. Where else would an untried young filly be able to work on the cutting edge of magic and technology, learning things about neurosurgery still unknown by the most skilled surgeons at the best hospitals in Equestria? She has gained skills that will ensure her a prosperous career, and help her to save the lives of hundreds if not thousands of her patients.

We were only semi-conscious during that time. All We were aware of was Luna’s thoughts, which became increasingly insane as the centuries passed. It was not pleasant for either of us.
