Luna, as We have stated many times, will hold a place of honour at Our side following Our takeover.
There is nothing that will allow Us to keep Celestia alive. We simply will not be able to sleep easily with her still around. However, if the Elements of Harmony were destroyed We would not have to kill Twilight and her friends, though We would keep them close to Us for observation, and maybe occasional ‘games’.
