While We may seem so to the average pony, We are not, in fact, omnipotent.
We can attempt it, if you insist. However, We will almost certainly need to destroy the Titan in order to do so, and even the Imperials would agree that an Emperor Titan is worth more than a few dozen guardsponies and tech-priests.

They shot first. Admittedly that was after We opened a portal into a Titan manufactorum, but still they were the ones doing the shooting.
We do intend to try the process on a neighbouring star first, to ensure We have the process down pat. But with any large system, there are bound to be some growing pains.
Following the transition, however, We guarantee that all ponies will see a vast increase in their quality of life.

If the Imperial Guardsponies in Equestria will agree to stand down, We will return them and the captured tech-priests to their home universe. However, at present both Our forces and the Imperials are under orbital bombardment by the aliens We mentioned were invading.
