The castle is in ruins (those sections that are aboveground, anyway) but the city itself sustained only moderate damage.

In Our timeline, the Elements were not able to destroy Us fully, but merely tore Us from Our beloved Luna and set Us adrift without form. Since then We have managed to obtain a body of Our own and regain much of Our former power. *She grins* Who knows. Maybe some surprise is lurking in your timeline’s Everfree, just waiting for it’s opportunity.
