‘Nightmare Night’ is a holiday invented by Our enemies as a way to mock Us. Basically, the ponies of Equestria dress up in silly costumes, claiming that We’re so stupid We won’t notice them in disguise, and put candy out for Us, claiming We’re so fat it will distract Us.

Hmm… that reaction to water is a symptom almost entirely exclusive to the Nosgoth subspecies, yet several other symptoms don’t quite fit… Still, an aversion to cats generally indicates a neighcromantically induced vampirism, rather than a natural infection. It that’s the case, a purification spell should be able to reverse it’s effects.
