From what I remember that’s not typical, though (and anyway, the type of epilepsy I had (pyknolepsy) only occurs in children).))

I blacked out in the shower, hit my head, twisted my ankle, banged up several other joints…
I’m fine now, though. Ankle’s still sore, but no signs of head trauma.

With all due respect to that Sheen human (that is to say, none), We’d much rather winning be Our thing. While We would love to engage in armed conquest of Equestria, if We tried that as things currently stand We would promptly get Our rump handed to Us.
For now, at least, We are forced to use more subtle tactics.
