Worship the rightful Queen of Equestria!

the-shady-bacon asked: Hey, Nightmare! I had an idea! What if instead of killing Celestia, which would make Luna detest you for all eternity, why not turn her into something? Like a frog or an earth pony!

We could launch into a lengthy explanation as to why that is impossible, but it’s easier to just say “magic doesn’t work that way”.

zackandrai-os-deactivated201202 asked: Zack:"Hey, I've got a great idea! Turn Equestria into a democracy. Oh wait, you're too power-hungry to ever let that happen."

Actually, Equestria can never be run by anything other than an absolute monarchy. Galaxiour forged this land with the intention of giving it to his daughters, and the magics that permit nature to function as a near-effortless paradise were not designed to function properly without a ruler of Galaxiour’s bloodline on the throne.

Even if We did instate a democracy, the entirety of Equestria would become as the Everfree forest is inside of a year.

There is no other option. No prison could be forged to hold one of Our kind indefinitely, and Celestia is simply too dangerous to be permitted to continue to walk free. She must be slain.

“Celestia? From what I’ve heard, she is the nicest Pony ever…”

Lies and propaganda, perpetrated by a government-run educational system held firmly beneath her iron hoof. We have seen her true face, a pony who could not sacrifice a tiny portion of her vanity for her sister’s well-being.

maximum-dong asked: What is required of a citizen under your ruling?

Under Our rule, all ponies and resident non-ponies will be required to preform one month’s labour each year in service to the state. Beyond that, they will be free to live their lives as they see fit (assuming, of course, that they harm neither themselves nor others).

Certain jobs and positions of power (such as teachers, police, and administrators) will be reserved , however, for those who have completed a tour of military service.

quiethoof-bookpony asked: Is there a chance I might... Peruse your library?

We suppose We could permit you to look through most of it. Some of the books We’ve added to the collection are not… safe, but We’d be willing to grant you access to the mundane portions.

Is there anything in particular you’re looking for?

“So you are going to kill her? Why don’t you, I don’t know, run her out and NOT kill her?”

Deposed royalty are like barrels of toxic waste. They should be disposed of properly, rather than left to sit and become problems for future generations.

“But death? I mean, is it really worth taking a life?”

There is no other option. No prison could be forged to hold one of Our kind indefinitely, and Celestia is simply too dangerous to be permitted to continue to walk free. She must be slain.

“I see you guys hold a pretty bad grudge….”

It is more than a mere ‘grudge’, my dear. Our banishment has made Us see the truth: Our sister is not fit to rule. She must be… removed.

superkeaton-deactivated20181005 asked: Not to question the usefullness of flesh and blood soldiers, but have You ever considered mechanizing the basic infantry of Your Grand Army? After all, machines cannot betray You, need no food or sleep, and have no need for petty emotions like mercy or fear.

Yes, We have indeed. While We have not gone out of Our way to advertise it, Our reanimated project is no secret. That is, the flesh of the dead bound to machinery.

So far they have proven promising, if a little slow-witted for Our tastes. We employ some as guards around Our castle.

quiethoof-bookpony asked: Well, you haven't been around that long. How big is it?

Large. After Our first altercation with Our sister, the Moon Palace was abandoned without evacuating either the library or the vaults. We have since inherited the contents of both.

Our sister banished Us and Our beloved Luna to the moon for one thousand years. Our only crime was trying to gain for Luna’s art the same appreciation Our hated sister’s garnered.

We think We’ve earned the right to hate her.
