We don’t know. Arcel had already absorbed a small portion of Our divinity before We conceived.
We think the chances might be somewhat lower if a non-alicorn is the one giving birth, but there is little precedent by which to test that theory.

((Alright…let me get this straight. All of us who are going to join will be in one big chat room…thing…As in, no private anythings, just everyone seeing what everyone else is posting. Wouldn’t it be hard to find the right RP’s and stuff you were in?))
((ooc: Not at all. Let’s say your character is in Sugarcube Corner. You would only see messages from other ponies in Sugarcube Corner. If you go upstairs to Pinkie Pie’s room, the other ponies in Sugarcube Corner would see “Ignus goes upstairs”, and then you would only recieve messages from ponies in Pinkie Pie’s room (and from Pinkie, who’s an NPC).
There are also objects, which you can create (or buy with in-game currency, or ask somepony else to create for you) which can then be interacted with, as well as several NPCs (Currently Lotus, Aloe, Fluttershy, Angel Bunny, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie, but I had plans to add others) which have limited AIs to act on their own (but can also be played by administrators).
There is a private message system, too, but that’s mostly used for OOC chat.))

During the original run I built private areas at players’ request, but I think if I start it again I’ll unlock building for everypony, so anyone can build whatever they want (within reason, of course. Non-admins still won’t be able to edit public areas). You also have the ability to allow or restrict access to areas you build at your own discretion, so you can open your house to everypony or just let your friends in.))
