That depends whether or not alcohol is involved. If they only act in such a way while under the influence of strong drink, then that is the factor that should be addressed. If, however, they behave in such a manner when sober, they should be called out on it publicly, and shamed into behaving better.

DASHBOARD IS THE SAME. There are no new posts.. But it keeps telling me there are new posts..Sometimes. Not often though.
