We did say ‘sole competent authority’, didn’t We? With some training, the sun-hag might be able to at most mop floors, since she is far too stupid and clumsy to be trusted with washing dishes, and a being a perfect as Luna should not be bothered with small things like this. Not at all. We would… love… for Twoey to have a long, healthy unlife. We are merely being a realist. He was created by an untrained neighcromancer, and the quality of his construction and binding spells is not guaranteed. As the sole competent and responsible authority in Equestria, We must be on guard in case he becomes a threat to those around him.
