I guess the S1 8-hour clocks are a thing of the past.

~As you present the book to her, the lights flicker rapidly and momentarily black out before turning back on a minute later. In the small window of the lights being out you both swear you could hear a voice, but once more nothing is seen or heard. It perchance is just the after effect of having an addled mind. Upon the lights illuminating the room once more, you feel almost a malevolent feeling in the room permeate. It’s only brief, but it could be felt. The book it’s self appears to be as normal as any other book~

However, you will need some way to conceal that…” She indicates his broken horn.“Recon and infiltration fall well within my list of available skills, highness. Be it a standard observe and report, or a full-on sabotage mission, you have the right stallion.”He paused to think for a moment, but then sighed.“I fear I know of no way to hide my horn, or rid myself of the cursed thing. If it were possible, I would perhaps simply request that your highness repair it, and use your magic to hide it. Elsewise, I would humbly suggest that it be removed by you, the one who gifted it to me originally." He bowed his head for a moment, signifying his willingness to obey whatever order or direction followed.
Hmm… Is the horn truly non-functional? If it is not, We will have to remove it. Though We didn’t notice any at the time, history shows that there are several… unpleasant side-effects to the synthetic horn growth procedure that only manifest long term.
If the horn is fully broken, it should be safe to leave it where it is… We think. However, it might be safest to simply remove it. With your permission, of course.
